Good hotel, centrally located, with good service and honest food.

Hotel within "historical walls". Room was also "historic", but clean. The service in the evening was overwhelmed, at breakfast again very good "all-round care" by the owner.

Good restaurant. Nice service. Single room a bit small.

Unfortunately I cannot share the details of the other guests. The entire hotel is very old, I know that something like that has its charm, but there are worlds between rustic, rustic and worn-out. The hotel room was very noisy with every step due to the old floorboards. The remains of previous use were clearly visible in the toilet. On the dessert in room 19 (window side) there were still fingernails from the previous guest. This is a wink to the hotel and at the same time the hope that the next guest does not have to find it. All in all, there are much, much better hotels nearby.

Very nice on the terrace, but tea in a coffee pot, for a hotel, that's not possible! Neither does cheap tea. Staff very friendly!

Everything OK. Unfortunately there were a lot of wasps on the terrace (Drei Kronen can't do anything for that). Otherwise good service. Just had a drink.

The hotel has a lot of charm. The dining room looks really romantic with the great antique furniture. The terrace has a great view, I can't say whether it's 6000 m 😉. However, the food didn't really convince me. Everyone should form their own opinion.

Historical 400 year old house (former stagecoach station), inside many antiques, among others a chimney from the burned down castle. Good food, decent rooms with modern sanitary areas. Great view. Unfortunately only partially handicapped accessible, but attributable to the age of the building.

Nice old building in the middle of downtown Tecklenburg. The staff all very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy and somehow match the charm of the old building. We had breakfast and dinner, both tasted very good ;-) A nice staff gave us good tips for trips to the surrounding area, many thanks again!

At 400, it is one of the oldest buildings in the city. I like these old, traditional buildings, but the old beautiful chairs could be upholstered. Carefully quilted tablecloths and candlelit sparkling, unfortunately dried flowers in the vase, but not on all tables. The service very nice and hard-working, but the cook should remember that the eye mitisst. It tasted good, but seemed like an overly expensive snack meal.

Old pitoresk style. Very hot in the room on second stage. No AC in the room. +40 outside during day. In the early morning, only +26 so I got at least a nap in the morning. Very poor wifi connection in the room...if any at all. Not possible to stream radio or music. Breakfast: Poor offering. The chesse and ham frech fruit were on display on table WITHOUT ANY COOLING. I did not like this but all the flies (insects) from the neghbourhood were frequent guests on this part of the table. Positive: Well positioned in village-center. Own parking lot, however in a very steep hill.

An externally inviting half-timbered house promises a finer feel when looking at the menu and the front door, even if you see the service staff serving formal clothes. Unfortunately, the bill is deceptive. The quite beautiful, romantic interior of the restaurant could well tolerate more care, the toilets are very dark and out of date. The view from the outdoor terrace is worthwhile, but would be even more beautiful, if everything was a little more maintained and at the end of May more than a thirsty primrose would adorn the flower boxes. The food was okay ... onion schnitzel was not to do, because no onions were there ... then just gypsy schnitzel. The food was delicious, but noticeably not homemade (gypsy sauce, potato salad, röstis, everything from the large pack). The price-performance ratio is not right here.

Warm and truly luxurious German opportunity with a beautiful large sun terrace. Everything is present here. Hotel, restaurant and bar.

Historic and nostalgic with a giant vieuw

To sleep is impossible, because the church's bell that is very close to the hotel keep on playing all night long every hour.

Old fashioned German cafe/restaurant with nice "kuchen" (cake) and a wonderful view. Staff is friendly and attentive.

We went here last august. Sadly there were lots of wasps. But they were everywhere that week. The food was really good. I would recommend the Schnitzel (as served the typical German/Austria way) or the salmon which my dad had and was really good too.
